On August 31, 2026, Irontech Doll Chairman Wenqiang Liu invited LinkooerDoll to visit the company to exchange industry insights, discuss future cooperation and take a closer look at its latest technology: IronAI Bionic VaginaX.
The following day, LinkooerDoll Chairman Yiping Lin visited Irontech Doll with members of our team. After an initial discussion, Mr. Liu guided us through parts of the factory and showroom before providing a detailed demonstration of the new system.
What Changed Our First Impression
Before seeing the demonstration, we expected IronAI Bionic VaginaX to be broadly similar to conventional automatic clamping systems already available in the industry.
The difference became clearer when we saw how its functions were connected.
Traditional powered options often operate as separate features. Heating, vibration, audio and clamping may work independently or follow a fixed pattern. IronAI Bionic VaginaX instead uses sensors and the CoreAI controller to interpret changes in movement and interaction before coordinating several forms of feedback.
During the showroom demonstration, we observed how movement could trigger heating and how changes in interaction conditions affected the system’s responses. Mr. Liu also explained the distinction between online TalkX conversation and the built-in offline responsive-audio mode.
The experience gave us a better understanding of the product: its main innovation is not one isolated function, but the way sensing, control and feedback are linked together.

What Is IronAI Bionic VaginaX?
IronAI Bionic VaginaX, internally identified as EIB500, is an electronic lower-body interaction module developed for compatible Irontech silicone dolls.
It must be used with IronAI CoreAI, identified as EIB101. CoreAI acts as the control center that coordinates sensor input and responsive functions.
According to the current product documentation, the system can provide:
- Automatic adaptive heating
- Sensor-controlled clamping
- Vibration feedback
- Offline responsive audio
- Movement and interaction-state sensing
- Adjustable sensitivity
- Adjustable tightness
- Dollia App control

The module is not designed to operate as a separate standalone device. CoreAI is required.
How IronAI Turns Movement Into Real-Time Feedback
One of the most useful explanations presented during the factory visit was the system’s input– processing–output structure.
1. Sensor Input
The system reads changes during the current interaction, including:
- Entry
- Stopping
- Speed
- Depth
- Rhythm
- Duration
These measurements are processed in real time. Irontech has confirmed that interaction depth and duration data are not saved for future sessions.
The system therefore responds to what is happening at that moment rather than creating a permanent record of the user’s physical measurements or sexual activity.
2. CoreAI Processing
IronAI CoreAI combines the available sensor input and evaluates the current interaction state.
It can then adjust the intensity and combination of feedback as movement changes. Faster, slower or interrupted interaction may therefore produce different responses.
This is more accurate than describing the system as detecting a user’s orgasm. The available documentation supports real-time interpretation of interaction patterns, but it does not establish that the device measures or medically confirms a physiological orgasm.
3. Coordinated Output
Based on the detected state, the system can coordinate:

Intelligent Responsive Clamping
Adaptive clamping is one of the central functions of IronAI Bionic VaginaX.
Instead of relying only on a single preset cycle, the system tracks interaction patterns such as speed and frequency. CoreAI then changes the clamping response according to the detected rhythm.
Pressure sensing also contributes to the system’s feedback and protective control. Customers can adjust the overall tightness through the Dollia App rather than being limited to one factory-defined intensity.
This does not mean that the system can independently understand every physical reaction. It means that it uses sensor data to estimate the current interaction state and provide a corresponding mechanical response.
Adaptive Heating From Approximately 33°C to 44°C
IronAI Bionic VaginaX includes an embedded heating system designed to warm the internal area more evenly.
Heating is automatically activated when the system detects movement. There is no separate heating Start button inside the Dollia App.
According to the current user manual:
- The operating heating range is approximately 33°C–44°C.
- It normally takes around 15–20 minutes to reach approximately 40°C.
- The temperature sensor monitors the system during heating.
- Heating stops as the temperature approaches its upper limit.
- It can resume after the temperature decreases.
- Heating eventually switches off after the doll remains still for the period defined by the firmware.
- The temperature should not continue rising indefinitely.
For a new session, users should allow enough time for the system to warm gradually rather than expecting instant full temperature.
Dollia App Control
The Dollia App functions as the user interface for CoreAI and IronAI Bionic VaginaX.
After the device has been connected and paired, the Intimate Mode page allows users to view the system and adjust two main experience settings.
Sensitivity
Sensitivity controls how readily the system responds to changes in interaction.
It has five levels. A lower level produces a more moderate response, while a higher level makes the system react more sensitively to detected changes.
Sensitivity does not represent mechanical movement speed.
Tightness Control
Tightness Control adjusts the intensity of clamping and contraction feedback.
It also has five levels. New users should begin at a low level and increase it gradually after confirming comfort.
The system remembers the most recently selected sensitivity and tightness settings for the next use. This preference memory is different from storing intimate physical data.
The App does not provide independent manual Start buttons for heating, clamping, vibration or offline audio. Those functions are automatically triggered when the system detects the relevant state.
Can the Core Functions Work Offline?
Yes. Once the device has been set up and bound to the user’s account, the principal Bionic VaginaX functions do not depend on a continuous internet connection.
CoreAI must still be powered on and correctly connected.
The following functions use local detection and can operate without Wi-Fi:
- Automatic heating
- Sensor-based interaction detection
- Adaptive clamping
- Vibration
- Built-in offline responsive audio
Internet access is principally needed for:
- Initial account registration and device binding
- TalkX online AI conversation

Responsive Audio and TalkX Are Two Different Modes
A particularly important point is that TalkX AI conversation and Bionic VaginaX offline responsive audio cannot operate at the same time.
Users must choose between two audio experiences.
Responsive Audio Mode
In this mode, the system plays locally stored interaction audio and changes its feedback according to the detected interaction state.
While the offline interaction state is active:
- AI voice conversation is temporarily unavailable.
- Voice-command recognition is temporarily unavailable.
- Clamping, vibration and responsive offline audio operate according to the system’s detected state.
- Responsive audio volume can be lowered or muted.
The current responsive interaction audio supports English, French, German and Italian. Current personality-style feedback is primarily available in English.
TalkX Conversation Mode
TalkX provides online, real-time AI conversation.
Unlike systems based only on a small set of prerecorded or formulaic replies, TalkX is designed to generate dynamic responses according to the user’s words, preferences and conversation context. This can create different interactions for different users and sessions.
“Open-ended conversation” should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every imaginable topic is permitted. Availability and responses remain subject to the service’s model capabilities, platform rules and AI safeguards.
When TalkX conversation is being used, the offline responsive-audio mode cannot run simultaneously.
After the offline interaction session ends, TalkX becomes available again following the system’s recovery period.

No subscription is required for the core Bionic VaginaX functions.

What Does “Long-Term Memory” Mean?
TalkX long-term memory refers to AI conversation memory available through eligible subscription plans.
It does not mean that Bionic VaginaX stores insertion depth, physical dimensions, movement rhythm or intercourse duration.
Irontech has confirmed that the module currently reads depth and duration only during the active interaction. Those measurements are not saved for the next session.
Eligible TalkX subscribers can reset conversational memory through the service.
Privacy and App Permissions
The Dollia App is available for compatible iOS and Android smartphones. Users can search for “Dollia” in the relevant mobile app store.
Initial use requires:
- Internet access
- Account registration
- Device binding
- Bluetooth and network permissions
Bluetooth is principally used to connect the phone and device, obtain device status and manage local settings. Network access supports account services, TalkX conversation, cloud-related functions and firmware updates.
If a user signs in with Apple or Google, the login process uses the basic account information authorized through that provider. If the user registers by email, the email address is retained for account access.
According to the manufacturer:
- Private usage data is not made public.
- Interaction data is not used to train its AI model.
- Real-time depth and duration readings are not saved for future sessions.

IronAI CoreAI is not an optional extra when ordering Bionic VaginaX. The module cannot function independently without it. Which Dolls Are Compatible?
IronAI Bionic VaginaX is available only for compatible new silicone sex dolls. Because the system is integrated into the doll’s internal construction during manufacturing, compatibility depends on the specific body model and configuration.
The current restrictions are:
- TPE dolls are not supported.
- Detachable lower-body configurations are not supported.
- Anal-function configurations are not supported with Bionic VaginaX.
- Existing dolls and previously completed orders cannot be returned for retrofit.
- The option is available only when manufacturing a compatible new order.
Compatibility differs by body model and internal construction. Customers should confirm the selected body with LinkooerDoll before completing the order.

Warranty and After-Sales Support
The current warranty terms supplied to LinkooerDoll are:
CoreAI: five months
Bionic VaginaX electronic components: five months
Doll body: six months
The appropriate solution depends on the cause and type of fault. Support may involve inspection, replacement of CoreAI, part replacement, guided repair or another solution determined after diagnosis.
The entire doll is normally not returned to the factory for repair. If a customer insists on or requires a factory return after assessment, the customer is responsible for round-trip transportation costs.
Damage caused by the following is not covered:
- Improper cleaning
- Water entering electronic components or ports
- Immersion
- Unauthorized disassembly
- Unauthorized modification
- Incorrect electrical connections
- Customer misuse
- Other accidental or external damage
Customers experiencing abnormal vibration, unusual noise, overheating, odor or repeated automatic stopping should discontinue use, power off CoreAI, disconnect the power and contact customer support.
IPX4 Splash Resistance and Cleaning
IronAI Bionic VaginaX has an IPX4 splash-resistance rating.
IPX4 means the system is designed to withstand ordinary splashes during normal use and cleaning. It does not mean that the module or controller can be immersed in water.
Before cleaning:
- Turn off CoreAI.
- Disconnect the power supply.
- Keep all electrical interfaces dry.
- Never immerse or rinse CoreAI.
- Do not use high-pressure water.
- Do not use corrosive cleaners, strong acids, strong alkalis or acetone-based solvents.
- CoreAI is not waterproof and should be cleaned only with a soft, dry cloth.
For the doll’s internal channel, use the cleaning method described in the official manual. Clean water and a suitable mild cleanser may be introduced with the appropriate irrigator, followed by thorough drying with a drying tool.
Do not reconnect the power until the doll, ports, cables and electrical interfaces are completely dry.
How to Set Up IronAI Bionic VaginaX
The current setup process is:
- Inspect CoreAI, the module, power supply, cables and connections.
- Confirm that every electrical connection is completely dry.
- Connect the compatible power supply.
- Hold the CoreAI PWR button for approximately three seconds.
- Open the Dollia App.
- Confirm that CoreAI appears online.
- Open the corresponding Intimate Mode page.Begin with a low or medium Sensitivity level.
- Begin with a low Tightness Control level.
- Increase one setting at a time after confirming comfort.
- Heating begins automatically after the system detects movement.
Clamping, vibration and offline audio begin automatically after an interaction state is detected. They cannot be independently started through an App button, voice command or CoreAI button. The audio can be adjusted to mute.
After the interaction ends, the system continues monitoring briefly. If no further interaction is detected for approximately two minutes, clamping, vibration and offline audio stop automatically.
Is IronAI Bionic VaginaX Really Different?
Our factory visit changed our understanding of the product.
At first glance, Bionic VaginaX could be mistaken for an upgraded version of an existing clamping option. After seeing the system explained and demonstrated, we found that the more meaningful difference lies in the connected architecture:
- Sensors read changes in the current interaction.
- CoreAI interprets those changes.
- Heating, clamping, vibration and audio respond through one coordinated system.
- The Dollia App allows the user to personalize sensitivity and tightness.
- Core functions remain available offline.
- TalkX adds a separate online AI conversation experience.
It is important not to exaggerate what the technology does. The current system does not store intimate depth or duration data, does not medically verify a user’s orgasm and cannot operate TalkX conversation and offline responsive audio simultaneously.
Even with those boundaries, IronAI Bionic VaginaX represents a significant step beyond isolated, manually controlled doll functions. It turns several individual features into one sensor-driven response system.
