Canceling an Order

All of our products are custom-made to order. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment, subject to a 5% processing fee.

If production has already started, cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances. In rare exceptions where cancellation is allowed post-production, a 30% handling and restocking fee will apply.

We encourage all customers to place orders thoughtfully and contact us immediately for any modifications.
