Prior Shipping

For all made-to-order dolls, we will send you photos before shipping your sex dolls. Please make sure you submit the correct email address so that you can receive your doll photos. And make sure that our email won’t go into your spam box.

Shipping and Packaging

We guarantee private packaging and discreet shipping. Factory always packs sex dolls in plain, unmarked boxes, and the exterior shows no indication of the contents of the package. We work with reputable logistics companies to ensure that sex dolls reach their destination efficiently and discreetly. The logistics companies will label sex dolls as “mannequins” or “model figures”.

USA: $0 (*including all taxes).

European Countries: $0 (*including all taxes).

Other Countries: $0 (*including all taxes).

For countries like UK, Switzerland, Norway, New Zealand, etc, customs may collect import duty when the doll arrives. Buyers pay taxes.

Shipping Method

We work with FedEx, UPS, DHL to transport your real sex doll. If you want to appoint a shipping method, please message us in your order note. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can contact the courier to schedule a delivery on receipt of the tracking number for your package.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free & Discreet worldwide shipping. But due to import laws, we DO NOT SHIP to the following destinations: Islamic countries, India, Indonesia, Africa, Mexico, Brazil.

Buyers are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning a product to us. Shipping Costs are non-refundable if you decide to return a package. Depending on where you live and the shipping method you use the time it will take for us to receive your product will vary. Additional shipping costs incurred due to the customer need to be borne by the customer.
